Professional consultations on the production of Camembert and mozzarella were held at "Borisovka".

Within the framework of the "Modernization of Vocational Education and Training in Agriculture in Armenia" (MAVETA) program, a two-day professional consultation dedicated to Camembert and mozzarella production technologies was held at the "Borisovka" cheese factory.

The consultation was conducted by Swiss cheesemaker and industry expert Hans Knüsel, who shared his knowledge and international experience with the company's specialists. During the practical sessions, the "Borisovka" team produced Camembert and mozzarella cheeses, while deeply studying the critical stages of their production: processing, salting, ripening, packaging, and storage.

Such professional collaborations are of great importance to "Borisovka," contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes, the introduction of international experience, and the development of Armenian cheesemaking.

The MAVETA program is implemented with the support of international partners and aims to develop vocational education and production capacities in Armenia's agricultural sector, fostering the sector's competitiveness and sustainable development.
